As its name implies, this will activate your fields. You just need to create a new folder, name it whatever you want, place this audio in the folder along with the files you want to activate, then simply play this audio from that same folder, once or loop x3 (from my testing x3 loops provided the best results).
You don't need to listen or interact with any of the other files in the folder, It will activate all the files, anchor it to the user and passively execute them for a few hours, a little over 10 minutes for 3 loops and you get a few hours worth of exposure. If you have the Blockage Remover, it should always be included in your folder.
This works for, subliminals, morphic fields, mantras.
You can try it with a veriety of things as long as it's audio or videos.
Please be careful of not using anything that has strict usage instruction for example, the Testosterone field, it must only be looped once, 2 times daily, max. Don't use it with the Activator.
